Tina graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy 3000 hour program in 2014.

After having had a couple of car accidents and receiving massage therapy as part of her rehab, Tina thought: “It’s time I am on the other side of the table so I can help others as I’ve been helped.”

Since graduating massage therapy school she has worked in a few different clinics including Coquitlam, Surrey, and here in Kamloops treating various different conditions, injuries and ages.

Growing up on the west coast she was spoiled with all of the outdoor activities like snow shoeing, hiking, kayaking, and running but the weather was getting in her way. She decided to move here in 2020 and has not looked back.

Tina includes general swedish along with myofascial release/contractile myofascial release, trigger point therapy, active/passive stretching into her treatments.

Tina has completed continuing education in indigenous and cultural awareness, IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation) for athletic treatment/soft tissue release.
